Privacy Policy

Tynes Signs is a sign shop in Coker, Alabama, run by Creighton Tynes. This policy covers the Color Signs iOS app and the tynessigns.com website. The short version: we don't want your personal data. We sell signs and tools for sign painters, not information.

The Color Signs app

Color Signs has no accounts, no sign-ups, and collects no personal information. Specifically:

• Anonymous usage statistics. The app counts which tools get used (for example, "the generator was opened" or "a combo was saved") using TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service. These counts are anonymized before they reach us, are never linked to your identity, and are never used to track you across apps or websites. We use them only to decide what to improve.
• Camera and photos stay on your device. If you sample a color from a photo or the camera, the image is processed entirely on your device and is never uploaded anywhere. Combo cards you save go straight to your own photo library.
• Saved combos stay on your device. Your bookmarked combinations are stored locally on your phone. We can't see them.
• No ads, no tracking, no selling of data. Ever.

The website

• Analytics. tynessigns.com uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (which pages get visited, roughly where from). These services may use cookies or similar technologies.
• Store purchases. Payments in our store are processed by Stripe. We receive what's needed to fulfill your order (name, shipping address, email) and never see or store your card number.
• Contact. If you email us or request a quote, we use what you send us to reply and to do the work you asked for — nothing else.

Your choices

The Color Signs app works fully without granting any permissions — camera and photo access are only requested if you use those features, and you can revoke them anytime in iOS Settings. For anything website-related, or to ask us to delete correspondence or order records we hold, just email.
